1. Pet Age and Weight Requirements

  • All pets must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh no more than 9 kg (20 lbs) to qualify for in-cabin flight nanny services.

  • Pets exceeding 9 kg will be transported via ground transport or must receive prior approval for a special arrangement.

  • By booking our services, the client certifies that the pet meets these conditions as of the confirmed pick-up date. The person submitting the booking confirms that the pet is at least 8 weeks old.


2. Health Certificate

  • A valid health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of travel is recommended.

  • Alternatively, vaccination records are accepted.

  • One of these documents must accompany the pet at the time of pick-up.

  • For international transport within or outside the EU, clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all import/export veterinary regulations, including entry into Poland.


3. Scheduling – Standby Pick-up and Delivery

  • An intended flight itinerary will be provided; however, exact pick-up and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Unforeseen events such as flight delays, cancellations, weather conditions, airline restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances may cause schedule adjustments.


4. Scheduling – Confirmed Pick-up and Delivery

  • A confirmed flight itinerary, including booked airline ticket and pet transport fee, will be provided.

  • The only factors that may alter a confirmed itinerary include flight delays, cancellations, weather issues, or acts of God.


5. Pick-up and Delivery Procedures

  • Both the sender and receiver will be notified of the estimated arrival time in advance.

  • If either party is more than 30 minutes late, a €50 late fee applies, plus an additional €50 for each additional 30 minutes.

  • If the responsible party or required documents are missing, no refund will be issued.


6. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Because transports are planned weeks in advance, cancellations forfeit the full transport fee.

  • Funds may be applied toward a future booking within 30 days, at the company’s discretion.

  • If a flight is canceled by the airline or MT Pets Delivery Spolka, and rescheduling is not possible within 5 days, a partial refund (excluding deposit) may be issued.


7. Rabies Vaccination Requirement

  • A current rabies vaccination certificate is required for all international transports, including pets entering Poland or the EU.


8. Food and Feeding Instructions

  • Please provide a sufficient amount of food in a secure, resealable bag along with clear feeding instructions (quantity and frequency).

  • MT Pets Delivery Spolka provides a travel carrier, pee pads, and fresh water for all pets.

  • Supermarket bags (paper or plastic) are not accepted.


9. Allowed Items for Pet Owners

  • Only one small TSA- or EU-approved bag (e.g., a backpack) containing essential items for the pet is permitted.

  • Items beyond food or a small blanket must be pre-approved by MT Pets Delivery Spolka.


10. Aggression and Muzzling Policy

  • Pets requiring a muzzle or restraint device cannot travel via flight nanny service.

  • Such pets must be transported via ground delivery instead.

  • Our team reserves the right to decline any pet showing aggression for safety reasons.


11. Cat Transport Requirements

  • For the safety of both the animal and transporter, cats must be placed in carriers by the owner or designated contact person.

  • Handover should occur in a small, enclosed space (e.g., a car or quiet room) to minimize stress and risk of escape.


12. Payment Policy

  • Transport must be fully paid before scheduling.

  • MT Pets Delivery Spolka does not manage payments between breeders, sellers, or buyers.


13. Booking and Communication Policy

  • Clients must communicate exclusively through the official MT Pets Delivery Spolka group chat or support channel.

  • Direct communication with individual transporters for booking or pricing is not permitted.

  • If a client arranges transport privately with a nanny or driver, MT Pets Delivery Spolka assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to pursue legal action.


14. Liability Waiver

  • By booking, the client acknowledges that MT Pets Delivery Spolka is not liable for any injury, illness, or death of a pet unless the client has opted into our in-house travel insurance.

  • All pets travel at the owner’s own risk under the agreed terms.
