Airline Pet Guidelines

  • Pet Travel Requirements – MT Pets Delivery Spolka

    To ensure a safe and stress-free journey, all pets traveling with MT Pets Delivery Spolka must meet the following requirements:

    1. Minimum Age and Health Condition

    • Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to qualify for domestic or EU-approved air transport.
    • All animals must be in good health and fit for travel.
    • Any special conditions, medical issues, or allergies must be disclosed before booking. Failure to do so may result in travel delays or cancellation.

    2. Carrier Size and Weight Limit

    • The pet must fit comfortably inside a carrier measuring 46 x 30 x 30 cm (18” x 12” x 12”).
    • The maximum allowable weight is 9 kg (20 lbs), including the pet.
    • Pets exceeding this limit must receive prior approval before transport arrangements begin.

    3. Overweight or Oversized Pets

    • If a pet exceeds the maximum weight or size and was not pre-approved, MT Pets Delivery Spolka reserves the right to deny transport or apply additional fees.
    • Any additional charges must be paid in full before the pet is released.
    • No refunds will be issued if transport is denied due to non-compliance with size or weight restrictions.

    4. Communication During Transport

    • All parties involved — sender, receiver, and any intermediaries — must have an active mobile phone with text messaging (SMS or WhatsApp) for continuous updates during the journey.
    • This ensures smooth coordination and real-time communication with the pet nanny or transport team throughout the trip.
